Janus, Jozeph and Toni joined Eastcape & Karoo safaris in June 2018. Janus being the hunter, with Jozeph and Toni enjoying the breathtaking views of the Karoo. The safari was conducted on 50 000 hectares or 115 000 acres all in a single block! Hunting free and open spaces provides for a truly fair hunting experience.
The spectacular 5 star lodges and African cuisine topped off the true African hunting experience.
The next 5 hunting days was filled with action, tracking and plenty of walking through the mountainous terrain of the Karoo. Janus managed to hunt some incredible trophies which included the adrenalin packed buffalo hunt. The old buffalo daga boy was hunted after tracking several herds and lone bulls through the valley and mountains.
Other trophies included the lechwe, eland, sable and springbuck. The property is home to several hundred buffalo, sable and eland which make for good quality hunting opportunities.
